Alpha Guard Security Services Sdn. Bhd, . which was incorporated on 20th. April 1994, has been in the business for the past 12 years. We operate the business under our own KDN License. We are also a member of Security Service Association of Malaysia since 1997. Our company is situated at 46A, Jalan Lumba Kuda, Bukit Chagar, 80300 Johor Bahru, Johor. This 4-storey Shophouse building is wholly-owned by us which worth of approximately RM1.2 Million (charged to UMF for Fixed Loan of RM950,000). We are occupying the 1st , 2nd and 3rd floor. Ground floor is rented to Eng Lee Network Services Sdn. Bhd

 

INTRODUCTION

ALPHAGUARD is formed up by a combination of vast experience in security business after a wise and serious deliberation. The two key personnels are Tuan Haji Mohd Noh Bin Ahmad and Mr. Palpanavan A/L Arunasalam have gone countless internal everywhere as such couple with vast experience on Security services had proved to be of great asset to the company.


2.  The crux of the services encompasses toward:

  1. a) Security coverage in various sectors, such as in residential, factory, office, bank and financial Institution inclusive for government agencies.
  1. b) To impart a higher standard of security knowledge to ALPHAGUARD’s personnel and maintain the highest quality of service as emphasized by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

3. As the time progresses, situation has changed rapidly with more organised criminals and determination. It is due to this, the professional security and sophisticated system is required to overcome these problems thus minimising damages, losses and thefts from a critical situation. On the other hand, we must be prepared, be not to have a complacency attitude and always be on the vigilance in order to eradicate this on-going hostile activities.

 

4. OBJECTIVES


It is always the policy of ALPHAGUARD to provide the best and uncompromising services to the clients covering all type of infrastructures. The principle of keeping the highest standard of services is always at uppermost in the responsibility of ALPHAGUARD in rendering the security services which encompass the following policies and goals:
  1. a) To extend security coverage in those sectors such as homes, factories, offices, banks and financial institutions including government agencies.
  1. b) To impart a high standard of security knowledge to ALPHAGUARD’s personnel and maintain the highest quality of service as emphasised by the Ministry Of Home Affair.
  1. c) To educate clients with the latest technology in loss prevention and recovery technology pertaining to the security business and to keep up the advancing trend in the new development in security technology and challenges towards the national objective of being a technologically developed nation by year 2020..

 

5. CORPORATE “WATCH DOG” CITIZEN


As the time progresses, the pace of development has changed to the detriments of social decay and chaos from the point of increasing criminal activities. Worldwide rise of criminal records has ramified all growing and developing countries, which does not exclude Malaysia and is being disseminated in the news media daily. Because of such worsening situations, the security standard has to be enchanted to a professional level to include latest in technology to keep all hostile and damaging activities of robberies and burglaries in check. ALPHAGUARD is always prepared and not rest on its laurel or feel complacent when security is concerned and we mean business and always on the vigilance on the call of such honorable duty to the citizen and society as a whole.
